At Nano Electronic Services we are able to support customers with a range of test solutions from EMC pre-compliance problem solving, to EMC testing, shock, vibration and environmental as well as CE marking support.
EMC
Our friendly EMC test lab is well equipped and capable of testing to a wide range of emissions and immunity standards. These test facilities are at your disposal for a much lower price than a big name test lab and are backed up by our in depth engineering, fault finding and problem resolution experience.
From integrating wireless capability such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to supporting your product through manufacturing and into service we’ve got the EMC knowledge you need to make your product a success.
ENVIRONMENTAL
​We have access to two environmental test chambers and can provide temperature monitoring of your equipment during the process

VIBRATION
Our vibration test system allows us to test your product for likely transport, operation and storage scenarios. We can apply different types of vibration tests to your product :
Sinusoidal
Random
Shock
The vibration generator we use has the following capabilities
Sinusoidal max acceleration = 94g, max force = 6.7kN
Random max acceleration = 50g, max force = 5.3kN
Displacement max = 25mm pk-pk
Maximum velocity = 1.78m/s
Operating frequency = 1 to 4000 Hz
INDUSTRY LEADING TEST SOLUTIONS
Following on from the design of the product and PCB assembly, at some point you are going to need to test the boards, either at board level or end of line. NanoES has access to a range of ATE test solutions to offer to our customers.
HILTOP CUSTOMISABLE ATE TEST PLATFORM
This comprehensive flexible platform allows test, measurement and control solutions to be realised using numerous built in multi-channel interfaces such as USB2.0, LVDS, CAN-FD and RS485.
Easily expanded to add new interfaces and capability using the Open-VTI backplane and Eurocard expansion format.
